RHINOPLASTY - STRAIGHT NOSE
The straight nose is relatively rare. It is characterized by the absence of a hollow between the forehead and the nose at the level of the lion’s wrinkle (root of the nose). The forehead and the nose form an almost straight line when viewed from the side. The straight nose can give the impression of a strict face. It is one of the 9 nose shapes.

Straight nose cosmetic surgery involves reshaping the profile of the nose by removing a piece of bone from the nasal ridge to create a small indentation between the forehead and the nose, at the arches. The operation requires going relatively high under the skin, starting from the nostrils (so that the scars are not visible), but will result in a significant hematoma.
A straight nose almost never causes breathing problems, except if there is a malformation unrelated to the shape of the nose.
