DIY solutions to reduce your double chin:

Eat a balanced diet and lose weight (if you are overweight)

First and foremost, you should promote a balanced, low-calorie diet. A nutrient-rich diet with a slight calorie deficit helps you lose weight and therefore lose fat around your chin.

Perform exercises

The “Ceiling Kiss”

Place a small ball (tennis ball, for example) under your chin. Apply pressure with your chin for 5 seconds. Repeat 15 to 20 times.

Neck lift

A neck lift is a surgical procedure that reduces a double chin by correcting sagging skin and muscles. The surgeon corrects sagging muscles (platysmaplasty) and may remove excess skin tissue. The procedure is performed under local or general anesthesia. Results typically last 10 to 15 years.
